In her time, a great woman called
"La saba del Cuccule", paternal grandmother, knew how to communicate to us this difficult and patient way to cook and accomodate.

The souvenir of her affection, her generosity, her uncomparable tenacity and her graceful smile still soar over hills and valleys. We've dedicated this place to her.

Since his beginning at the School of Hotelier in Florence, Stefano, as a curious and gourmand, traveled the world to encounter tastes and new experiences.
The Parisiens still remember the "Velloni", the famous italian restaurant that he managed for 14 years.
Upon his return to his native village, he decided to offer the fruit of his world experiences in an art of cooking that is simple, creative and sensitive;
in one word : Tuscany!

Today we feel the need of new choices for an art of cooking that is more accessible, that beyond a good dinner favors going back to a simple joyful conviviality with good taste.
